Company policy

Terms & Conditions
By scheduling an appointment you agree to the terms and conditions described on this page. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you may not schedule an appointment with us. If you have a Gift Certificate it is your responsibility to confirm the total cost before having any service or procedure.

COVID-19 & Infection Control Policy
All our treatments are voluntary and optional. In order to protect everyone including our staff, we do allow only one patient into our facility at any one point in time. Everyone is required to call first from the parking lot to make sure they are allowed to come inside. Each patient must wear a mask, and upon entry must have their hands sanitized with out sanitization spray. They must have their temperature and oxygen saturation checked. Based on this they may or may not be offered service on that day. We sanitize all door handles, pens, clipboards, credit card machines, handles in bathrooms and beds after every patient visit. Our employees are required to wear mask and gloves all the time, and number of total employees at any one time is limited to one or two. Until further notice, due to the optional nature of our procedures, we do not offer any procedure to anyone with high risk health conditions and lower immunity, in their best interest. When this changes it will be updated here.

Appointments

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Sometimes due to staff sickness, inclement weather, road conditions or any other unusual circumstances beyond our control, we might have to reschedule an appointment in the last minute. However this happens extremely rarely. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in such a rare event.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that there will be emergencies in people’s lives. After considering such emergencies which we understand, please know that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you need to electively cancel an appointment, we ask that you kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, so that the same time slot may be given to another client who is in the waiting list. Our system sends automatic email reminders, text reminders and a staff also gives a phone call the previous day so that you will not miss your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of total services scheduled if the cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance without a valid reason of emergency and if that happens more than once. A no show may result in a full billing of your scheduled services, or forfeiture of the services. While a client is on a series of treatment sessions, no further credit will be given if they do not show up for more than a year to complete the series as advised, unless the absence is because of pregnancy or other valid health related reason. By making appointments you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions of cancellation.

Termination of Treatments
In the event that a client does not consistently follow the instructions, is irregular for treatments, is found to have body dysmorphic disorder, has unreasonable expectations, or behaves verbally, over the phone or by email in an unacceptable manner that will make our staff uncomfortable to offer treatment sessions, we reserve the right to cancel all the future sessions and will refund the balance payment that has been unused, after deducting the regular price for the completed sessions. Please note that these treatments are cosmetic in nature and do not belong to medical necessity category.

Discounts
No two discounts can be combined at any time, like in any other service industry. For example one can not combine a daily deal discount with a maintenance pricing, as it is already discounted.  Maintenance discount pricing for laser hair reduction treatment is only valid if the client returns within 6 months of the last treatment, after completing a series of 5 sessions first . Maintenance discount and packages may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. From time to time we have deep discount specials on Groupon for certain services. These are offered to new clients so that they can experience our services. Our agreement with Groupon is not to offer this to existing clients. Before you purchase it is your responsibility to read the fine print, as Groupon does not have the option to put these on main  or large prints. If you still made the purchase despite being an existing client and having used Groupon discounts in the past, we will cancel your appointment and advise you to get your refund from Groupon. Groupon website or the person scheduling the appointment may not know you have been here before or have used Groupon in the past, until after we investigate. The client is responsible for their own purchase. We reserve the right to deny all future appointments to those who consistently abuse our discount policy.

Gratuities
In appreciation to our staff for exceptional service, gratuities may be given at your discretion for services provided by the estheticians.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for that special someone. You may call us, e-mail us or purchase one in the spa.

Valuables
For the safety of your personal valuables, we advise you to please leave them at home. We are not responsible for any loss.

Special Policies
For the safety and comfort of your child and our guest, children are not permitted in the spa unless having services. Spa services are available for children 13 years of age and older. Pets are not allowed in the Spa for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy & Policy about packages not completed on time
Only unopened skin care products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. A client is expected to fully understand and clarify the pricing before starting any treatment. Scheduling an appointment or signing the consent form is the indication & confirmation of this understanding. A client must also know that these are cosmetic services and hence are not covered by the health insurance. The pricing for the services provided are based on the type of service, and the body area treated. If a package for a series of treatments is purchased, it must be completed in a timely manner, and not later than 6 months of the total time needed to complete the series; we can not carry over unused services at discounted prices for more than a year. If a client returns more than a year of last session of the package that was not completed in a timely manner, regular price will be assessed, to which the left-over credit may be applied. Unused service from a package purchase may be refunded only within 1 year of the first service date or within 6 months of the last service that is being returned. There is no refund on a service already completed! Any unused service may be refunded subject to the following requirement: To avoid abuse of our package discounts, when an unused service is refunded, the individual service that is already used will be charged at REGULAR price andnot at discounted price! If at the beginning of starting a package series, if an area was treated for free as a courtesy or part of a promotion, if the entire package is not completed, the area which was treated for free will be assessed full regular price before the refund can be calculated! This is again to avoid any abuse and to be fair to other clients who go by single sessions at regular price! If you are unlikely to complete a package in a timely manner as recommended we suggest you rather go for individual sessions than committing to a package. We reserve the right to deny future package offers to those who consistently do not complete their packages (series of treatments) in time. We offer packages as a courtesy to clients to save money for them, and at no time we are obligated to offer package discounts. The pricing is subject to change in future without prior notice.
