Neha was professional and informative about my procedures during and with aftercare and I didn’t feel like she was suggesting products that were not going to improve my skin tone. Don’t let the word “spa” deter you as this is a proper establishment for laser hair removal amongst other services they provide. Unlike other places where technicians do the hair removal, Doctor Chandra does all of the hair removal himself. I felt comfortable having a doctor do the laser hair removal and the results I was able to achieve just after two sessions was incredible! Doctor Chandra is a miracle worker!! My skin has never felt this smooth and I have very few if any ingrown hairs left. The prices were also very reasonable for the results I achieved so if you’re looking for laser hair removal this is the place to do it!! 10/10 recommend!!

The esthetician that does facials (bad with names) was very blunt with me said basically “microdermabrasion won’t do anything for ur ice pick acne scars” and that micro needling is my only hope. Mad respect for that straight honestly. I hate when people BS me like the internet does. I tried to microderm and peel combo for 150$ and thought it was steep but it was actually dope. Learned a lot and face feelin good. Wanna come back for that micro needling that she recommended for me. Makes sense and I feel more in the right direction. Tyvm. Needs more pricing transparency tho please would help ur clients a lot and attract more

It does hurt, but beauty is pain and the permanent results are worth the temporary pain.And the price can’t be beat! Would recommend Anara MedSpa!
UPDATE: I just finished my 5th session with Dr. Chandra. Unfortunately I waited longer between sessions than recommended, but I barely noticed any difference in terms of hair growth. And any growth is very fine and not noticeable. My skin is also left extremely smooth. Dr. Chandra is also a very nice person and makes great conversation, so I always leave with a new positive thought!

Useful 31JJ T.Piscataway Township, NJI highly recommend this spa and laser center. Having a doctor perform the laser hair removal provides a sense of relief, and Dr. Chandra is careful, thorough, kind, and professional.
The center has a nice parking lot and is located at 9 Auer Court Suite C & D East Brunswick, NJ.
The waiting room is usually empty or has one other person waiting for another staff member — there are no long waits like at other doctor’s offices. They really mean it when they say they reserve your appointment time just for you. I never have problems getting appointments either.
If you’re nervous or shy about your condition, you will find the peacefulness of the spa and professionalism of the staff very comforting. Before your first procedure, Dr. Chandra will spend time going over what needs to be done and answering questions. The hair removal does hurt, but it’s over before you know it. How your body reacts to the procedure is different for everyone, but I usually had some swelling. (I have brown skin and black hair.)
***So a tip: run errands before the day of your appointment. That way you wont run out of food or other home supplies while you take a few days to heal.
The first procedure reduced my hair growth probably 75%, so I had the most swelling after that first session (the swelling lasted 7 to 10 days). On subsequent appointments (every four weeks), my swelling usually lasted only a few days since there was less hair getting zapped. By my fourth session, I would say 90% of the hair was gone. My skin is smooth and the color now looks even.
I am so happy with the results so far, and I have a few more sessions to go.

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Anara Medspa for a couple of years now, mainly for Botox (or Dysport) and Fillers. Being in the medical profession I really did a ton of research before selecting my injector: I wanted it to be a physician and one with a lot of experience and one who is meticulous, does not rush and cares for the patients. I couldn’t have chosen anyone better than Dr. Ram Chandra at Anara Medspa. It has been a great experience right from day one. He is very patient, very nice, gentle and walks you thru the whole process. I have never needed to wait for more than a couple of minutes for my appointment. Magically they are always on time. That is one of the best attributes. In addition to getting botox for the face, I have recently started botox for sweating in armpits which has made a ton of difference. Its a breath of fresh air for the troublesome sweating. As for as taking care of my face and skin, I do look a lot better and younger than what I used to look 2 years ago! It’s been an amazing journey. I recommend Dr. Chandra so highly, that even my personal physician goes to him, after my recommendation, and she loved his artistic ability to address the face. If you are thinking of some enhancement to your face, or even for prevention, don’t think twice before exploring botox or Dysport and fillers from Dr. Chandra at Anara Medspa!

I’ve had several laser hair removal procedures in the past without great results. After getting tired of tweezing/waxing/threading my upper lip, side burns, and chin almost every other day, I figured I was ready to give laser hair removal another shot. I recently moved to this area and went to yelp to find a laser hair removal service in this area. That is where I came across Anara Med Spa.
I’ve had two sessions so far and already I’ve seen great results. I had an initial consultation with Dr. Chandra during which he discussed what to expect and went through the entire process. I have a very low pain tolerance so Dr. Chandra prescribed me a numbing cream to use before the treatment. Even throughout the procedure, he uses cold air on the skin to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I am so happy I found Anara Med Spa and am very pleased with the results I’ve had so far!

I’d gotten VI Peels and facials over several years at Anara. Dr. Chandra and his esthetician Olga are true professionals. They’ve given me the best care and have transformed my skin. They’re also honest and truthful in every way. The treatments and products Anara offers really work; they’re not fluff or hype. Anara is also generous to clients, supplying extra follow-up product for free, honoring eligible promos and discounts without argument, and not nickel-and-diming every little thing. If they’d offer Cosmelan [for melasma and hyperpigmentation], which I must get elsewhere, I’d happily come back!
Very nice experience at Anara Medspa. My esthetician Cristina, is very profesional. she explains all the process of what she is doing to your face, and I liked it. I’ve been to other Spa, but this is the best. I will continue visiting.
I cannot praise this place enough–they have honestly changed my life. I always had issues with hair and finally decided to get my bikini area and underarms done. Within four treatments, there was barely any hair left. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. Dr. Chandra makes you feel so comfortable and makes the process as painless as possible. You can tell that he cares about every customer and actually takes the time to make sure that he’s doing the best job he can do. Instead of stopping when the time is up, he stops when he is done with the treatment for the area. Anara Medspa is extremely safe and clean and I have zero complaints, only great experiences. I came back a year and a half later for maintenance and upper lip treatment and I am just as happy as before. I would recommend Anara to everyone who wants laser hair removal. I had tried other places before and had also tried electrolysis and home laser machines. Nothing besides this worked. It has made me a much more confident person! Definitely go for it if you’re considering it! The prices can’t be beat either, it’s a great price for what you get, and they have great deals.
