The perfect derma peel is a medium-depth medical-grade chemical peel that has seven key ingredients, which include salicylic acid, phenol, retinoic acid, kojic acid, glutathione, TCA, and vitamin C. Performing this medium-depth, medical-grade chemical peel in a physician’s office is mandatory. Some patients may need pretreatment preparation, but a doctor should first examine and check for medical contraindications.

The perfect derma peel is the only medical-grade medium-depth peel on the market that has the master antioxidant called glutathione. Our body naturally produces glutathione, but aging and environmental risk factors decrease its production. In general, everyone differs in when their peeling starts, how long their peeling is, and the intensity of the peeling with any medium-depth medical-grade chemical peels. However, in general, the peeling starts on the third day (approximately within 48 to 72 hours) and lasts for about 3 to 5 days. The intensity of the peeling is predominant on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th days. Some people still might have some flakiness around the 7th or 8th day. While some people might experience extensive peeling as they have more dead skin layers, some people may just experience light flakiness. However, this will not affect the results.
